Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Arumed® proudly ships to customers worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our USA warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, where available.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before being dispatched from our USA warehouse.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location. During peak seasons or holidays, shipping may take slightly longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use it to monitor your shipment at any time.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@arumed.co. We'll investigate the shipment and, if your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our policy.
